The national and international finals of Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2011 proved to be a fantastic “Saturday Double” as Pickbrain aptly summarized it. In the International finale that featured two SMU teams from Singapore, ICAI and Great Lakes Institute of Management from India with Univ. of Stratclyde, Glasgow it was a mature, steady and composed London Business School represented by Lien Chang Luen and Wouter Van Der Gaag that took the honours.
Earlier in the evening, a thrilling India final with eight superb teams battling hard for the biggest title in campus quizzing saw the duo of Vinay and Mohit from ICAI Bangalore triumph over Great Lakes Chennai (Priyambad and Ayyapan) and ISB Hyderabad (Abhishek and Vivek).
The guest of honour Mr.S.Ramadorai , Advisor to the Prime Minister of India on Skill Development and Vice Chairman of TCS, advised everyone to compete hard but to bear in mind that at the end of the day it is giving and sharing that is more important than winning.
